About Us
Weichert is one of the largest independently owned providers of real estate-related services in the country. The franchise was started by Jim and James Weichert in 1969. Charles Loescher decided this was the right move to open an office in Madisonville, LA in 2017. He later decided to expand and open another office in Slidell, LA.
